TX-300		 TX-300 is the TOHKEN's original X-ray tube with LaB6 (lanthanum hexa-boride) filament and triple electro-magnetic lens system. With these unique technologies, TX-300 has succeeded in achieving the 0.4µm resolution with keeping the contrast and clearness of subject images.
Installing this epoch-making X-ray tube, you can realize an advanced X-ray inspection system at the lower cost. In other words, it allows you to create an ideal X-ray inspection system to meet your needs.
